University brings with it new challenges, not all of which are related to academics. For many students this is their first time away from home, living independently, and making new friends as a young adult. It is an exciting and nerve-racking time.

Learn ways to manage your wellbeing and the resources available to you as a student to help you face and overcome challenges encountered both in and out of the classroom.
