Description Veronica Deno, certified personal trainer, will be available to assist students who want to become more active.  Veronica will work with students to set up programs - all types of activities - and will monitor progress for the month.  Once established and comfortable with activities including cardio, training and weight equipment provided in the athletic centre, students can continue their programs independently.   Sign up in the equipment room or drop in a the above times for the month of January.
