Description This total body, strength training class uses free weights, benches, and balls to work your muscles in every way possible.  Build strength, add definition, increase bone density, and decrease body fat by adding lean muscle in a fun, energetic class setting.  This program focuses on a different body part every day with a strong emphasis on building a rock solid core.  A class where everyone feels included with modifications for beginners through experienced exercisers.

Description Vinyasa Yoga - You will experience feelings of exhilaration and harmony that accompany flowing sequences of energizing postures linked together by smooth rhythmic breaths.  This creative class strengthens the body and draws the mind into a state of clarity and inner calm.  No experience necessary.

Description Using speed, agility and power, kickboxing combines the punches, uper cuts, and hooks of boxing with various powerful kicks used in martia arts.  This class teaches kicks, punches, blocks and other defensive techniques, shadow kickboxing and pad training, as well as cardiovascular and muscular fintess exercises.  No experience necessary.
