Description Vinyasa Yoga - You will experience feelings of exhilaration and harmony that accompany flowing sequences of energizing postures linked together by smooth rhythmic breaths.  This creative class strengthens the body and draws the mind into a state of clarity and inner calm.  No experience necessary.


Kickboxing

Description Authentic kickboxing technique mixed with a fitness component, adding in punches and kicks with some fun core work.  All levels are welcome and anyone can try.  No equipment is needed. Great way to have some fun and work of the stress of school work.
