Noon Yoga

Description
Our Tuesday noon yoga will be Joyful Flow Yoga- We will safely warm up and get the breath and body moving fluidly through postures. Modification and variety will be offered in every class to keep it accessible and satisfying as we move through the rest of our day.

Evening Yoga

Description Vinyasa Yoga - You will experience feelings of exhilaration and harmony that accompany flowing sequences of energizing postures linked together by smooth rhythmic breaths.  This creative class strengthens the body and draws the mind into a state of clarity and inner calm.  No experience necessary.

Kickboxing

Description Authentic kickboxing technique mixed with a fitness component, adding in punches and kicks with some fun core work.  All levels are welcome and anyone can try.  No equipment is needed. Great way to have some fun and work of the stress of school work.

Fusion Fitness Class

Description

Working from the inside-out, this class focuses on connecting with our breath and strengthening body muscles that help support us during our everyday activities. 

These low impact and light resistance standing and mat-based exercises will bring focus on core stability, flexibility and balance for a challenging, total body conditioning!! 

Modifications are available for those who are new to exercise. 

Tabata Fitness Class

Description Tabata is a high-intensity workout protocol that has fitness and weight management benefits.  Tabata offers maximum benefits with the least amount of time used to get those results with only working out for 20 seconds at a time.  This also make it ideal for a range of fitness levels from beginner to intermediate because it is YOUR 20 seconds to do what YOU can do.
