Get active and stay healthy

The Langille Athletic Centre offers quality recreational and fitness opportunities for students and members of the community at all levels of ability. Whether it's a challenging academic schedule or a busy workload at the office, you’ll need activity to complement study time or wind down. Join us in the cardio and weight rooms; shoot a few hoops; bring a friend and try some badminton or squash; enjoy a refreshing workout between or after classes.

In the fall and spring you can also sign out a bike and enjoy a ride through the community through our Free Wheeling Program. We also offer fitness classes and a variety of other student activities including co-ed dodgeball and softball, downhill ski trips and adventure weekends. 

All registration for recreational events takes place at the Langille Athletic Centre (20 Cumming Drive) Equipment Room.

We encourage and welcome input from students and community members regarding recreational and intramural activities.
