How to Find the Campus
Travelling from Southern Nova Scotia
(including Halifax and the Airport)
Take Exit 14 on the Trans Canada Highway # 102 at Truro. Turn right when coming off of the exit ramp. You are now on Robie Street.
At the second set of traffic lights, turn left and proceed along Marshland Drive until you reach a four-way stop. Turn left onto Park Street and proceed over the bridge to the first set of lights. Turn right at the lights. You are now on Main Street in Bible Hill.
Go through the next set of traffic lights and take the first road on the left, College Road. Cumming Drive is the second road on your right. You are now on campus.
Travelling from Cape Breton
(and Northeastern NS)
Take Exit 17 at Truro from the Trans Canada Highway #104. You are now on Pictou Road.
Proceed along Pictou Road to the third set of traffic lights (approximately 7kms down the road).
Turn left at the lights. This is Vimy Rd. At the stop sign turn right. This is College Rd. You are now on campus. You will see the Agricultural Campus water tower to your left at the stop sign.
Travelling from New Brunswick
Take Exit 15 on the Trans Canada Highway #104 to Halifax.
Then take Exit 14 on the Trans Canada Highway #102 at Truro. Turn right when coming off of the exit ramp. You are now on Robie Street.
At the second set of traffic lights, turn left and proceed along Marshland Drive until you reach a four-way stop. Turn left onto Park Street and proceed over the bridge to the first set of lights. Turn right at the lights. You are now on Main Street in Bible Hill.
Go through the next set of traffic lights and take the first road on the left, College Road. Cumming Drive is the second road on your right. You are now on campus.
Parking
Parking is available in one of two lots located off College Road, behind our residences. The entrances to those lots are just beside the Dalhousie sign.
Extra parking may be found at Haley Institute. Continue along College Road, turn right onto Cumming Drive, turn right onto River Road just past Cumming Hall. Parking is available on either side of Haley Institute.
