Our students advocate for sustainability year-round. From Jan. 23 - Feb. 6, Dal residences go head-to-head in the annual Ecolympics – striving to use less power, heat and water.

Dalhousie conducts over $140 million in research annually. The Canada Foundation for Innovation recently awarded funding to eight Dal researchers, including Ian Weaver who is exploring how maternal stress may affect fetal brain development.


Study Landscape Architecture – our newest degree program

This fall, students will be able to complete an undergraduate degree in Landscape Architecture at our Agricultural Campus – the first degree of its kind in Atlantic Canada.
