You can now complete the first year of your science degree at Dalhousie's campus in Truro, Nova Scotia.

Starting your first year on our Truro Campus gives you the opportunity to join a small cohort with dedicated resources and support to build a strong foundation in Science before transitioning into your second and final years in Halifax.

About the BSc Truro start:

A unique, first-year experience for science students, the BSc Truro start option is welcoming a cohort of up to 30 students in September 2022. This option offers:

Dedicated program coordinator and advisor
First year interest group to meet other members of your cohort
Smaller class sizes in first-year courses like Biology, Chemistry, Calculus, Statistics and English

Ashley is no stranger to the Truro campus as she completed her undergraduate degree in Animal Science and has held various roles across campus over the years. She enjoys getting involved in any way she can with student activities, including teaching line dancing classes and residence programming. She is looking forward to welcoming new students to campus and the BSc Truro Start in the fall!
