IV. Proposal submission

Review the checklist to ensure all required/applicable documents have been included in your submission package.

Preparing the proposal package

Submit your final proposal package in a well-organized PDF document, including:

  • A list of appendices. Including bookmarks to navigate large documents is helpful.
  • Signature and statement from the dean.
  • Confirmation of faculty-level approval.
  • Syllabi should be combined in a separate PDF file.
  • Your completed Academic Support Unit Tracking Sheet.

Review the checklist on the MPHEC proposal form you are using for your program type to ensure all required/applicable documents have been included in your submission package.
