A major in leadership and organizations builds on the fundamentals of business and management offered by the BMgmt program. In addition to learning about organizational structure and management principals, you’ll explore leadership theory and practices for businesses, not-for-profits, and the public sector.
Students can build their knowledge of the digital tools being used to manage organizations, projects, and human resources, and can explore best practices for leading any team, regardless of its size.

Minimum admission requirements
To be considered for admission to this program, you must meet minimum academic criteria:
- Completion of secondary school (Grade 12)
- Achievement of the minimum average for your program of choice.
- Completion of Grade 12 English (or equivalent course).
Admission to many Dalhousie programs is competitive. This means that meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee admission.
