Jenkins Dining Hall

Overview

Jenkins Hall is bright, spacious and welcoming, a perfect place to relax over a cup of coffee or create a meal that’s just what you’re craving. From homestyle favourites to global flavours, the menu has something for everyone.

The dining hall has lots of natural light, a beautiful patio outside in the summer to enjoy the sunshine, and a comfortable lounge area near the TV.

The adjoined Riverview Room adds extra seating and is the perfect space for private events and receptions. 

Jenkins Hall provides unlimited access all day to students looking for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks with our continuous dining meal plan. Stop in for a meal or grab a coffee on your way through campus. 

Open to all residents, students living off-campus, faculty, and staff. Pay at the door available for those without meal plans.

Capacity

250-300 people (including Riverview Room)

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. 

Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. 

Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. 

Open for special hours during the summer. Please check the Campus Dish website for details. 

NEW! Extended hours will be available on weekends beginning this fall. Look for updates coming soon!

  • An expansive salad bar

  • Hot meal station – with vegan, halal, gluten and dairy free options

  • Chef attended stations to curate a made to order stir-fry or omelette 

  • Dessert bar, including ice cream

  • Cold drinks

  • Specialty coffee station

  • Stocked Up station: includes toasters, blenders, waffle makers, microwaves, a stocked fridge and induction cookers with a variety of pots and pans to allow students to cook on their own.   

  • Students can look forward to home cooked favourites (even submitting family recipes that may be featured for dinner), trying new flavours, and having fun at theme nights throughout the year – like Lunar New Year, Carnival Night, and the served holiday dinner.
