Service Update
We are open for in-person service (with no appointment required) at our office in Howe Hall, 6230 Coburg Road.
Service is available Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with extended hours from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. on Thursdays only.
The services provided include:
- New DalCards
- DalCard replacements (To expedite the replacement process, please ensure you have $15 deposited on your account for the replacement fee prior to visiting the window.)
- DalCard troubleshooting
- UPass pickup
NOTE: We will not be offering photo services or PIN resets.
We are here to help.
If you lose your DalCard during this time, please deactive it online.
If you need building access while we are closed but you have lost your DalCard, please contact Dal Security at 902-494-6400 for assistance.
