COVID-19 Special Hours and Location Details

The DalCard office is open with walk-up window service facing Coburg Road. 

Window service is available Monday - Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., closed from 12-1:30 p.m. for lunch. 

The services provided by appointment include:

  • New DalCards
  • DalCard replacements (To expedite the replacement process, please ensure you have $15 deposited on your account for the replacement fee prior to visiting the window.)
  • DalCard troubleshooting
  • UPass pickup


NOTE: We will not be offering photo services, PIN resets, or fund deposits at the window.

The Enrolment Services Centres on Sexton Campus and the Agricultural Campus remain remote at this time. If you require DalCard assistance and you are on the Sexton campus, please see the DalCard office on the Studley Campus. If you require DalCard assistance on the Agricultural Campus, email dalcard@dal.ca and our team will assist you.

We are here to help. 

If you lose your DalCard during this time, please deactive it online.

If you need building access while we are closed but you have lost your DalCard, please contact Dal Security at 902-494-6400 for assistance.
