Articulation agreements allow students who have completed specific credits or program requirements at one institution to apply their credits towards completion of their degree when they transfer to Dalhousie.
As a transfer agreement applicant, you must meet our general entrance requirements or be considered a qualified transfer student in accordance with the regulations set forth by your home institution in an articulation agreement.
Bermuda College
Bachelor of Science (Actuarial Science)
After successful completion of the Associate of Science (Actuarial Science) degree, Bermuda College graduates are eligible to apply to the Bachelor of Science, Actuarial Science program at Dalhousie and may be eligible to receive up to two years of transfer credits.
Bukalasa Agricultural College
Bachelor of Technology (Small Business Management)
After successful completion of one of the following diploma programs at Bukalasa Agricultural College, students may be eligible for up to two years of advanced standing toward the Bachelor of Technology (Small Business Management) program at Dalhousie University.
- Agri-Processing and Business Management Diploma
- Animal Production and Management Diploma

Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University
Bachelor of Technology (Landscape Architecture)
After successful completion of their first three years of the Bachelor of Engineering – Landscape Architecture, FAFU students may be eligible for up to three years of advanced standing towards the Bachelor of Technology – Landscape Architecture degree at Dalhousie.
Management and Science University
Bachelor of Management
After successful completion of the first two years of the Bachelor of International Business program at Management and Science University, students may be eligible for up to two years of advanced standing towards the Bachelor of Management degree at Dalhousie.
Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE)
Master of Engineering (Industrial Engineering)
MAHE Bachelor of Technology students may apply to Dalhousie for admission into a progression program that includes simultaneous admission:
- As a visiting undergraduate student for the purpose of completing the final semester of the MAHE Bachelor of Technology program; and
- Into the Master of Industrial Engineering program at Dalhousie, conditional upon successful completion of the MAHE Bachelor of Technology program and meeting other applicable Dalhousie admission requirements.
Monash University
Foundation year (MUFY)
Bachelor of Computer Science and Bachelor of Applied Computer Science
MUFYis a pre-university program that prepares students for entry into the first-year degree program at select international institutions. The Foundation Year is a comprehensive program that allows students to tailor their studies to suit their university degree. After completing the Foundation Year, achieving the required marks and degree prerequisites, students can apply for direct entry into undergraduate computer science programs at Dalhousie.
New Brunswick Community College
Bachelor of Management
After successful completion of the one-year NBCC Business Fundamentals Program, students may be eligible for up to one year of advanced standing toward the Bachelor of Management degree at Dalhousie.
After successful completion of one of the two-year NBCC Business Administration programs listed below, students may be eligible for up to two years of advanced standing toward the Bachelor of Management degree at Dalhousie.
- Business Administration Program: Accounting
- Business Administration Program: Financial Management
- Business Administration Program: Insurance and Risk Management
- Business Administration Program: Management
- Business Administration Program: Marketing
Nirma University
Bachelor of Computer Science
After successful completion of the first two years of the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science program at Nirma University, students may be eligible for up to two years of advanced standing towards any of the Bachelor of Computer Science degree at Dalhousie.
Nova Scotia Community College
If you’ve successfully completed one of the following Information Technology Diplomas you may be eligible for up to two years of advanced standing towards the Bachelor of Applied Computer Science degree at Dalhousie:
- IT Data Analytics
- IT Database Administration
- IT Generalist
- IT Programming
- IT Systems Management and Security
- IT Web Programming
We will also review credentials obtained by completing the Application Programming, Programming, and Web Programming concentrations.
After successful completion of one of the following two-year diploma programs, NSCC graduates may be eligible for up to two years of advanced standing towards the Bachelor of Management degree at Dalhousie:

After successfully completing the Music Arts Diploma, NSCC graduates may apply for the Bachelor of Music, Concentration in Popular Musics degree at Dalhousie University and complete two additional years of study to obtain it. Admissions requirements include an audition.

Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) in Plant Science
After successful completion of three years in the Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) or Bachelor of Science (Horticulture) programs at RVSKVV, students may be eligible for up to two years of advanced standing toward the Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) in Plant Science at Dalhousie University.
Shandong University
Bachelor of Science (Economics)
After successful completion of the first two years of the Bachelors degree in Economics at Shandong University, students may be eligible for up to two years of advanced standing towards the Bachelor of Science (Economics) degree at Dalhousie.
Shandong University of Finance and Economics
Bachelor of Science (Economics)
Students who have completed one year of study in the International Undergraduate Program of the School of Continuing Education at Shandong University of Finance and Economics may be eligible for up to one year of advanced standing towards the Bachelor of Science (Economics) degree at Dalhousie University. Students who have completed two years of the International Undergraduate Program may be eligible for additional transfer credits.
Bachelor of Science (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Actuarial Science)
Students who have completed two years of study in the Mathematics and Statistics, Economics or Actuarial Science programs at SDUFE may be eligible for up to two years of advanced standing towards a Bachelor of Science degree (in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Actuarial Science) at Dalhousie University.
Southwestern University of Finance and Economics
Bachelor of Science (Actuarial Science)
After successful completion of the first two years of actuarial science at SWUFE, School of Insurance, students may be eligible for up to two years of advanced standing towards a Bachelor of Science, major Actuarial Science degree at Dalhousie University.
Tamil Nadu Agricultural University
Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) in Plant Science
After successful completion of three years in the Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) or Bachelor of Science (Horticulture) programs at TNAU, students may be eligible for up to two years of advanced standing toward the Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) in Plant Science at Dalhousie University.
Universal College Bangladesh (UCB)

Students who complete the Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY) at UCB may apply for direct entry into the Bachelor of Computer Science and Bachelor of Applied Computer Science programs at Dalhousie University.

After successful completion of one year of study in the Bachelor of Business Program at UEH, students may be eligible for up to one year of advanced standing toward the Bachelor of Management degree at Dalhousie University.
