UPASS
You may be eligible to opt out of the UPass under certain circumstances. To opt out, you must submit your waiver form no later than September 16th, 2025
DSU INTERNATIONAL HEALTH
Students charged with the International Health Plan are able to opt-out from their plan if they can provide proof of enrollment in a comparable health plan. Students who are on exchange, have sponsored, or private coverage, must opt-out by the due date on the Student VIP website. International Opt-outs with MSI coverage can be submitted throughout the policy year. DSU HEALTH & DENTAL PLAN
Students with seperate health insurance may apply to opt out of the DSU Health and Dental Plan via Dal Online. Please refer to the DSU Health Plan website for the due date: DSU Health & Dental Plan
