The English Department at Dalhousie hosts some of the best scholars in my field, Canadian Literature, and is home to the Editing Modernism in Canada (EMiC) research cluster. And Halifax offers a lively and exciting cultural scene coupled with the natural beauty of the East Coast, not to mention some of the best Fish & Chips in Canada!
