**Please note: Rooms will be designated on a "first come, first served" basis. There are limited single rooms available, so if you do not wish to be charged the extra for a double occupancy room, register early**

NEW SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR ABSTRACTS **July 8th**

Poster Size:

3 feet (36 inches) vertical axis X 4 feet (48 inches) horizontal axis

Presentation Format:

PowerPoint Project Unit will be availble

20 minutes in length (split 15 oral presentation with 5 for questions)                        **Total lenght might change slightly depending on number of submissions

** There are 5 seats left for the Tidalbore Rafting Long Trip leaving at 12:20pm on the 10th. This is a 4 hour trip and you need to be at the departure site approximately an hour in advance.**
