Dalhousie releases progress reports

In 2010, the Office of Sustainability obtained approval and completed an Operational Sustainability Plan for the University [PDF - 389 kB]. Public progress reports are released every three years, most recently the 2010-2013 report [PDF -7.9 MB]
 

Dalhousie is a STARS participant

Dalhousie University is a registered participant in STARS (Sustainability, Tracking, Assessment & Rating System). STARS is administered by AASHE (Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education).

AASHE’s STARS program  involves publicly reporting comprehensive information related to a college or university’s sustainability performance. The University is a Charter participant submitting the first STARS report in 2011, where a silver rating was achieved. In January 2015, the Version 2. STARS report was submitted and a gold rating was awarded. This rating will be valid for three years (January 2018). The following documents are included as part of the Version 2. Submission:
