Tests and Exams

For accommodated quizzes, tests, exams, the Centre provides onsite invigilation throughout the calendar year, Monday through Saturday, between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. We oversee all requirements such as: space, technology supports, scribes/readers, invigilators, etc.

Students are responsible for submitting the testing request to the Student Accessibility Centre to initiate accommodation arrangements.

Complete the online request form no later than 7 days from the date of your quiz/test/exam scheduled during the fall and winter term and 4 business days (excludes holidays and weekends) for all spring and summer courses.

NOTE: The online request form must be completed by November 17 for the December exams period and March 22 for the April exams period.

There is no charge to book an accommodated quiz, test or exam (unless invigilation is required for a course taken at another university/school).

Whether you require accommodations for any or all of your quizzes, tests, exams, each are to be booked separately.

It is important to book testing accommodation as early as possible to ensure appropriate arrangements are made. Dates of term quizzes, tests and exams can be found in your syllabus. December and April finals dates are set by the Registrar's Office.
