KUDOS! Geoffrey Loomer co‑writes taxation publication

Posted by Jane Doucet on January 19, 2016 in News

Congratulations to Professor Geoffrey Loomer, who co-wrote the publication Taxation of Business Organizations in Canada (LexisNexis Canada, 2015) with David G. Duff.

The book covers topics from partnership taxation and corporate income taxation, to the taxation of corporate distributions and shareholder benefits and loans, to corporate reorganizations. It's the go-to resource for the most up-to-date case law, commentary, and analysis.
