Event notices & posters

Hang posters around the school to promote my event

We encourage you to use the bulletin boards that are by the elevators on every floor.

If you do post notices elsewhere inside the building, please ensure that you use fun-tak so as not to damage the painted surfaces on the doors and walls. Note: If fun-tak is not used on your posters/notices they will be removed.

Please do not post any notices on the front entrance doors on University Avenue or the two side entrance doors in that area. Any notices placed on these doors will be removed.

Once your event has taken place, please remove all posters/notices relating to the event.

  Note: If Catering or Bar Services is providing services for your function, please ensure clean up takes place IMMEDIATELY following your event.
Arrange for event clean up
You will need to submit a work order for Custodial Services to clean up after any event where additional cleaning may be needed (large catered events, more garbage than usual, possibility of food/beverages being spilled on the floors, etc). Student and outside groups will be responsible for paying any charges.
