Dr. Ingrid Waldron, Assistant Professor at the School of Nursing, has been leading a project titled “Environmental Noxiousness, Racial Inequities and Community Health Project” (ENRICH) which examins the health and socio-economic effects of environmental hazards in African Nova Scotian and Mi’kmaw communities throughout Nova Scotia. In this media article, she comments on the response of Environment Minister Margaret Miller.
