The Dalhousie Nursing Alumni Association (DNA) aims to achieve three primary objectives: to foster meaningful connections with Nursing graduates, to acknowledge the professional achievements of our graduates and to support the strategic direction of the School of Nursing.

Events

The DNA hosts or participates in several events each year. These include our Pinning Ceremony in January, our annual Awards Ceremony in November and Convocation in June and October. We also align with broader Dalhousie events such as Homecoming.

Alumni and friends of our legacy partners–for example, colleagues who have graduates from the Nursing Schools of the Victoria General Hospital, the Halifax Infirmary, the IWK and the Yarmouth Regional Hospital–are encouraged to participate in DNA events.
