AQUATRON Canada’s largest university aquatic research facility, the Aquatron is on Dal’s main campus near the best marine experts and library in the country.
CERC.OCEAN CERC Chairholder Doug Wallace's research group in Ocean Science and Technology at Dal.
GEOTRACES An international study of the global marine biogeochemical cycles of trace elements and their isotopes.
MEOPAR Marine Environmental Observation, Prediction and Response Network. MEOPAR funds research, trains students, mobilizes knowledge & communicates results in the area of marine risk and resilience.
OCEAN FRONTIER INSTITUTE A transnational hub for ocean research, the OFI brings together experts from both sides of the North Atlantic to explore the vast potential of the world’s ocean.
OCEAN NETWORKS CANADA Ocean Networks Canada monitors the west and east coasts of Canada and the Arctic to continuously gather data in real-time for scientific research.
OCEAN TRACKING NETWORK The Ocean Tracking Network is a global aquatic animal tracking, technology development & partnership platform headquartered at Dalhousie University.
SOLAS Surface Ocean Lower Atmosphere Study. Aiming to understand the key biogeochemical-physical interactions & feedbacks between the ocean & atmosphere.
