Cello is a cat who lives with Jennifer Bain, associate dean research in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and graduate coordinator with the Fountain School of Performing Arts.

Name: Cello

Species/breed: Maybe some Maine Coon? Or Norwegian Forest Cat?

Age: 5 and a half years.

Fave food: Butter.

Special tricks: Using one claw on a human big toe sticking out from under the covers to wake us up and address his needs. Mouse catch-and-release.

Best quality: Enjoys being carried around, but lets you know when he’s had enough.

Social Media handle: Not yet, but will get one when our daughter turns 18 whether we like it or not.
