As the semester comes to end, don’t miss these opportunities to engage in entrepreneurship!

1)      Lunch and Learn How to Start a Business for Under $5000

Join Beth Carmichael from the CBDC Students in Business program as she discusses the opportunities and financial supports available to students who wish to start their entrepreneurial journey while still in school. Feel free to bring your lunch- coffee and snacks provided. Thursday, April 2nd, 12 pm, Culitv8 Corner- MacRae Library. Beth will also present that afternoon in the graduate communications class at 2 pm Cox 261 and all are welcome.

2)      Advice with a Slice Series

Two sessions left to catch some valuable business knowledge and enjoy a slice of pizza with Cultiv8!

An opportunity to meet with a panel of people who have been there, done that! Local agricultural entrepreneurs Greg Curwin (Truleaf), Lloyd Mapplebeck (Hillendale Perennials) and Liam Taylor (Haskapa)  will share their experiences in the business world and tips for success.
