Who has influenced you the most?

Definitely my parents. They both have a very strong work ethic, solid values and growing up, just always seemed to offer the right amount of support and independence.

How and where do you find inspiration?

I think if you’re open to being inspired, you can find it almost everywhere! I am inspired by other leaders, by nature, by small interactions with people that leave me feeling good, by podcasts and books that help me grow.

What values are you committed to?

Integrity, Optimism, Courage

What do you do to live a balanced life?

I try to work reasonable hours, enjoy the small things, spend time outside and be grateful for what I have.

Why have you volunteered your time to be a mentor?

I really believe in the concept of mentorship and I would have loved to have one when I was in University. I volunteered to give back and to create a safe space for students to ask questions. It has been energizing and enlightening for me as well, hearing fresh ideas and opinions from someone who is just beginning their career.
