Help keep yourself and our communities safe this year. Dalhousie Student Health & Wellness is holding on-campus flu shot clinics in Halifax from now until November 18.

This year, those wishing to get their flu shot at an on-campus clinic are required to pre-book an appointment. You can book your appointment online. If you are booking a flu shot clinic appointment for a family, please call 902-494-2171. You will be required to complete a consent form prior to receiving your flu shot.

 Flu shots will be administered by students from the School of Nursing, and registered nurses and physicians from the Student Health & Wellness Centre. Please bring your valid MSI, provincial, or private health insurance card and wear clothing that allows for ease of access to your upper arm.

Covid-19 precautions

People presenting for the flu shot will also be screened for COVID-19 symptoms or exposure and should stay home and reschedule their appointment if they don't feel well. Social distancing rules will apply inside the flu shot clinics, and masks will be required.
