Sales for parking passes begin tomorrow, Tuesday August 13, 2019, online only at this website: https://parkingpermit.dal.ca/ParkingPass

You will need you Net ID and password. As soon as payment is complete you will be issued a temporary permit (valid for 10 days at the time of your purchase) to print and put in your car.
