Freshman 15?

Answering a question from a viewer, CTV's fitness expert Libby Norris says it's possible to avoid the "freshman 15," that idea that students tend to gain about 15 pounds in their first year at university. She responds that managing stress, getting enough sleep and staying active is the way to go to prevent extra pounds.
