The Dalhousie Undergraduate Physics Society (DUPS) is the representation of the undergraduate physics students of Dalhousie University. DUPS organizes events that promote physics students to get to know each other outside of the classroom setting, as well as helping students attend and present at student conferences.
The Dalhousie Graduate Physics Society (DGPS) represents all graduate students in the Dalhousie Physics department. The primary role of DGPS is to represent and organize events for the graduate student body in the Physics department. This typically includes things like speaking on behalf of Physics graduate students at departmental or university-level events or committees, organizing intramural sports teams for the department, and hosting our Physics Phryday social events.
