Registration and Policies/Procedures
You may register either in person or online.
Once you have registered, you will receive a transaction receipt, as well as a confirmation of your course location, dates and times. Receipts for income tax purposes are available upon request. There are no refunds for withdrawals after the start of the course, except in extenuating circumstances.

The College reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses that do not reach minimum enrollment requirements. In such a case, we will make every effort to inform clients at home or at work prior to the start date. Please provide both business and home phone numbers when registering. Students are encouraged to check on the status of their course by calling the Registration Office at 494-2375.
Withdrawals, refunds and transfers
If you withdraw from a course, prior to the start date, a refund will be issued. A $40 administrative fee will be withheld for all withdrawals. There are no refunds provided to students wishing to withdrawal after the start of any course, except in extenuating circumstances. Non-attendance does not constitute a withdrawal, nor does a stop payment on a cheque. You must notify the College of Continuing Education in writing immediately of your desire to withdrawal or transfer.
Payment of fees and tax receipts
Students in University Prep courses will register on a first come, first served basis and our courses fill up quickly so register early to avoid disappointment.
Registered students are ultimately responsible for full payment of course fees regardless of third party billing. A student is not considered to be registered in our courses until full payment for this course has been received. A $25.00 administration fee will be charged for any returned cheque (includes NSF and stop payments). Income tax receipts will be issued at the time of registration provided full payment has been received.
