Project Management Fast Track 1

This course can be applied to the UBC Certificate in Project Management (100% Online).

Project Management Fast Track 1 enables you to complete the first 3 courses of the Certificate in Project Management in three months. This fast track package consists of the following sequence of courses: Project Management Fundamentals; The Project Manager's Toolkit: Project Initiation and Planning; and The Project Manager’s Toolkit: Project Execution, Control and Closing. Each course is delivered over four weeks with a one-week break in between.

Note: This program is offered in a condensed schedule, you should plan to spend an average of ten to fifteen hours per week in each course reading case studies as well as completing online reading, online discussions and assignments.
