Unfortunately, the Student Success Centre was not able to offer our long standing Student Advancement In Leadership (SAIL) program this year due to the pandemic.

Even without this program we know our campus community is filled with examples of student leadership from this past year. Student have been active leaders in their home communities and within the virtual campus community. Even more than in previous years it is important to recognize these student: their initiative, their commitment and their dedication.

Working with other campus partners, including DASA and Residence we will be moving ahead with our annual SAIL Awards.

Nominations for SAIL Awards will go live on Wednesday, February 10^th and will remain open until midnight on February 20^th.

Nomination forms and a list of available awards for the 2020/21 academic year can be found the Student Success website at www.dal.ca/sail.

New for this year, and In light of the added challenges students have faced as a result of the pandemic, we would like to invite the campus community to acknowledge students for success outside of the listed awards. These kudos can be for personal, professional, or academic accomplishments.

Kudos will be shared during our virtual awards celebration on March 10th via Instagram Live @acstudentsuccess. Award winners will also be announced at this time. All nominated students will be acknowledged for their success. Staff, Faculty, and campus community members are invited to join us for the live broadcast at 6pm on Wednesday March 10^th.
