"Invest in Yourself" 30‑day wellness challenge

To put it simply, investing in yourself is all about taking a more active role in your health. Small habits – like paying attention to the foods you eat or making sure you get plenty of sleep each night – are considered investing in your health. This wellness challenge was designed to help you become the healthiest version of you by investing in yourself.

How it works: Each day will give you one simple thing that will make you physically or emotionally healthier. Seem too easy?  That's the point.  Small habits nurtured over time yield big results. 


Send a Friday update each week to healthy@dal.ca about what you did and how it went and your name will be put into our weekly Monday prize draws.

Prizes available include Fitbit "Inspire" fitness tracker (valued $99.95), $79.99 gift card to Hello Fresh meal program, $25 gift card to Skip the Dishes or Amazon, and selected books to support your well-being.  Although you can start this journey any time you like, the prizes will be drawn on Mondays, April 20, 27, May 4, 11 and 18, 2020 from emails received up to that point.
