Boots ‘n Blooms 2015
Nearly 75 faculty, staff and children from Dalhousie’s Agricultural Campus spent a beautiful morning working in the Alumni Gardens and Herb garden as part of the fourth annual Boots ‘n’ Blooms event.
Boots ‘n’ Blooms is an annual tradition on the Agricultural Campus — a day of “sweat equity” where the Ag community’s “green thumb” volunteers come together to freshen up many of the gardens around campus – just in time for prom and wedding season.
Winning Team honours this year goes to Extended Learning for their version of "The Gnome it alls! They earned lunch in the Gardens with Dean Gray and Herb pots compliments of the AC Grounds crew.
Don’t miss your chance to participate next year!
Winner of the best rubber boots? Longtime Friend of the Gardens Linda Swan.
