Position: Sessional Lecturer – Fall 2015 – EGLA 0101 Writing for Business (02)
Department: Department of Business & Social Sciences
Pay Rate: $4,681 to $5,724 (inc. 4% vacation pay)(depending on teaching experience with Dalhousie Faculty of Agriculture)
Work Assignment: This sessional lecturer will teach EGLA 0101, Writing for Business (Section 02) for the period of September 10, 2015 – December 23, 2015. Section 02 is currently scheduled for Tuesday, Thursday 09:35-10:55. The sessional lecturer will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the class, including lectures, test preparation and evaluation. The position reports to the Chair of the Department.
Requirements: Teaching experience at a University Level; a Degree in related field; Demonstrated teaching effectiveness and excellent interpersonal skills with students and the Faculty.

Department: Department of Business & Social Sciences
Pay Rate: $6,681 to $7,924 (inc. 4% vacation pay)(depending on teaching experience with Dalhousie Faculty of Agriculture)
Work Assignment: This sessional lecturer will teach EGLA 1000, Composition (Section 02) for the period of September 10, 2015 – December 23, 2015. This class is currently scheduled for Friday, 15:35-16:55 (lecture), plus Tuesday, 08:05-09:25, Tuesday 09:35 – 10:55 (tutorials). The sessional lecturer will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the class, including lectures, test preparation and evaluation. The position reports to the Chair of the Department.
Requirements: Teaching experience at a University Level; Masters Degree in related field; Demonstrated teaching effectiveness and excellent interpersonal skills with students and the Faculty.

Department: Department of Business & Social Sciences
Pay Rate: $6,681 to $7,924 (inc. 4% vacation pay)(depending on teaching experience with Dalhousie Faculty of Agriculture)
Work Assignment: This sessional lecturer will teach MGTA 0204, Financial Management for the period September 10, 2015 – December 23, 2015. The class is currently scheduled for Wednesday, 16:05 – 16:55, Friday, 13:05 – 13:55 (lectures) plus Monday, 14:05 – 16:55 (lab). The sessional lecturer will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the class, including lectures, test preparation and evaluation. The position reports to the Chair of the Department.
Requirements: Teaching experience at a University Level; Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent experience and professional qualifications; knowledge and work experience in the agricultural industry would be an asset; Demonstrated teaching effectiveness and excellent interpersonal skills with students and the Faculty.
