Join the Truro and Colchester Chamber of Commerce and their co-presenters as they present keynote speaker Glynn Williams, an international entrepreneur and millionaire who, among other things, owns more than half a dozen Guysborough County businesses.
As their owners closed up shop, Glynn bought them up, modernized and expanded them, and turned the town around. Come and hear how he and his wife discovered Guysborough while on a bicycle trip to Sydney, and why he operates so many hospitality and manufacturing companies from the Guysborough area. He’ll also touch on the tourism and manufacturing sectors, and why he’s optimistic about Nova Scotia entrepreneurs.
In addition, The Chamber’s Lifetime Achievement Award will be posthumously awarded to former Millbrook Chief Lawrence Paul and accepted by his family members.
Tickets are $50 for members and $55.00 for future members.
