The Faculty of Agriculture will be participating in its first Induction Ceremony as part of Dalhousie University on Wednesday, September 4th beginning at 12:45 in the Alumni Theatre, Cumming Hall.

The ceremony is being held jointly by the University and DASA/DSU to launch the start of the fall term and to welcome new students to the Dalhousie community.

Students will make an Induction Pledge to uphold and protect the integrity, good character and scholarly legacy of Dal and members of the Academic Procession will make a University Pledge to commit themselves to the academic success of their students.

Faculty and staff members are invited to be part of the academic procession.  Those with academic dress are asked to wear it and those that do not may pick up a gown in the CA Douglas Room beginning at 12:00 noon.

Dr. David Gray is the keyynote speaker and his address is intended to inspire the students during their educational journey
