The renovated houses of Mini Res welcome 70 students during the academic year. You'll find Mini Res on Studley Campus: DeMille House and Seymour House are located on Seymour Street; Lyall House, Colpitt House and Henry House can be found through the back courtyard on Henry Street.
Mini Res features single rooms furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk.

Interesting facts about Mini Res
Mini Res is unique because it offers students the independence of living in a house on campus with the same support and services of a dormitory-style residence.
A beautiful courtyard connects all five Mini Res and Residence Houses and is the location of many events and activities throughout the year.
The students in Mini Res have access to every house so they can socialize with everyone in the community. It is a super tight-knit community and students are quite proud of the unique environment in Mini Res.
The Mini Res mascot is the Rebel.
Mini Res is also home to five ResLife Learning Communities (RLLCs): the Arts & Social Sciences RLLC, the Health & Wellness RLLC, the International Development Studies RLLC, the EcoFocus RLLC and the French House.

If you're new to Dal, be sure to apply to residence by June 30 to be guaranteed a room.
