The renovated houses of Mini Res welcome 45 students during the academic year. You'll find Mini Res on Studley Campus: Lyall House, Colpitt House and Henry House are located on Henry Street.
Mini Res features single rooms furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk.

Interesting facts about Mini Res
Mini Res is unique because it offers students the independence of living in a house on campus with the same support and services of a dormitory-style residence.
A beautiful courtyard connects all three Mini Res houses and is the location of many events and activities throughout the year.
The students in Mini Res have access to every house so they can socialize with everyone in the community. It is a super tight-knit community and students are quite proud of the unique environment in Mini Res.
The Mini Res mascot is the Rebel.
