RO Service Requests


The Registrar’s Office (RO) Service Requests site is where support requests can be submitted to the Registrar’s Office Student Information and Systems team. 

Data requests

  • To submit a request for student data from the Registrar’s Office, please click the “Submit RO Service Request” button below and choose “Data Requests’ once logged in
  • Due to high volumes, requests may take up to 15 - 20 business days to complete. Please note that, although we will take the required by date into account and do our best to provide data when needed, we cannot guarantee that data will be provided by the date given. 

For modeling, research, benchmarking and other data analysis requests in support of faculty and university-wide strategic initiatives please contact Dalhousie Analytics.
