The Office of Sustainability will be holding registration until Nov 23 2022, 9:30-4:00 Mon-Fri. All current active cardholders who want to re-enroll during this time need to fill out the 2023 Winter registration form (on SmartTrip website) and send it to ebuspass@dal.ca as a pdf file. If you cannot send the form via email, please contact your manager, and they can assist you with sending the form. All returning participants will be receiving the Dec 31, 2023 renewal sticker. If you have missed this registration period, you will have to wait until the next registration period held in June 2023. We will only be accepting forms via email. Payroll deductions will begin January 1^st, 2023.

We will not be sending renewal stickers through the internal mail system or Canada Post. You will be able to pickup your renewal sticker between the hours of (9:30-4:00 Monday-Friday). Please see our address below.

Leaving the Program:

Current card holders who no longer wish to participate in the XPass program for the 2023 program year will be able to opt-out. If you are planning to opt out written notice is preferred over a lack of renewal. You will need to return your card to our office.
