If you are going to be out of the office for an extended period of time, please remember to set up an Approval Delegate.  If you do not do this, any expense reports routed to you for approval will remain in your approval queue until your return.  The claims will not be completed and claimants will not get paid.  This applies to all levels of approvers, including Expense Management Reviewers, Supervisors and Spending Authorities.

If you have spending authority, please keep this is mind and only delegate your authority to someone else with spending authority on the same funds.
