We are anticipating delivery of boiler #2 to the Central Services Building (CSB), 1236 Henry Street, on Wednesday June 15th

Work for receiving will start on Friday, June 10th and require closure of the CSB south alley to traffic and pedestrians on Friday, reopening over the weekend & Monday, then closing again from Tuesday, June 14th through Friday, June 17th.

The intent is also stopping all pedestrian access to the south alley entrance and through the loading dock, other than emergency use.

Cranes, loaders etc. will be set up on both ends of the alley at various times to move the boiler into the building.

Atlantica Mechanical have pulled the necessary permits with the city and will have traffic control in place for the duration of the work.
