Wednesday, May 18th marks Dal’s 7th annual Caregiver Appreciation Day, part of Caregiver Awareness Month in Nova Scotia.
Many of us at Dal are stretched to fulfill many roles and to care for others. While time and energy can be in short supply, information and support is around you to tap into. Here are some of what’s available.
- Caregiver Support Group – Dal’s next monthly virtual meeting is May 18th at noon. Contact healthy@dal.ca to be added to the contact list.

- Employee Grieving Circle – June 6
- Information and support available through our Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) – Search for “Dalhousie University” on the landing page or create a personal log in for yourself
