Dear Faculty,

The deadline for students with exam accommodations to submit an exam request form to write at the Student Accessibility Centre is Friday, November 19^th for in-person exams. Students who do not meet this deadline will not be scheduled to write with the Student Accessibility Centre and will be required to write with their class, without their accommodations. This deadline is in place to ensure all of the behind the scenes work can happen for the hundreds of exams we will invigilate during the exam period.

If you have students in your classes with exam accommodations, please remind them of the deadline of Friday, November 19^th.
