How is your sleep? New Dal sleep guide announced

In support of World Sleep Day on March 19, Dalhousie Human Resources is pleased to announce that a new Dal Sleep Guide is available on MyDal with a NetID login. 

The Guide is a self-directed exploration of sleep habits, including exercises and reflections, as well as helpful videos.

Take some time to consider how your sleep habits measure up.
