Change in drop‑off location for Employee Benefits forms

Effective Friday, September 6, all Employee Benefits forms should be dropped off to the Human Resources Office, Front Desk, Room 150, Henry Hicks Building, until further notice. Print copies of benefits forms will also be available at this location or online at the HR site of myDal under Benefits & Pay.
