Position:  CUPE – Teaching Assistant (65) is required for course ANSC3000 (Animal Breeding) in the 2019 Winter semester.
 
Department Location: Haley Institute, Dalhousie Agricultural Campus

Pay Rate:  In accordance with the CUPE Collective Agreement.

Work Assignment:
Working with animal breeding and genetics software.  Assist Instructor in the preparation of drafting questions or goals for the students.  Required to attend all labs and classes as needed, mark lab assignments and provide assistance to students.
 
Requirements of Position:
Knowledge of animal breeding and genetics preferred.

Lab set up and clean up.  Provide assistance to students.  Attend all labs and provide input on exercises. Required to mark assignments.

Requirements of Position:
Experience in animal science required.  Background in products courses would be considered an asset.

Department Location: Haley Institute, Dalhousie Agricultural Campus

Work Assignment:
Assist students in the laboratory with lab exercises, conducting lab demonstrations and assisting with lab set up and marking assignments.

Requirements of Position:
