POSITION: Markers (3 Positions)
TIME FRAME: [September 6 - December 18, 2018 - Fall Session]
DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: Bachelor of Management
PAY RATE: (40 hours - In accordance with CUPE Collective Agreement)
WORK ASSIGNMENT: The Marker(s) will assist with marking in the Fall offering of MGMT 2303 People, Work, and Organizational Behaviour Course.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Marking assignments and other deliverables and maintaining an on-line grade book on Brightspace
2. Meeting with students with inquiries on papers marked
3. Invigilating exams
4. Providing general administrative assistance as required by the course instructors
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: Candidates should have completed a Micro and Macro Organizational Behaviour course at the undergraduate or graduate level. S/he should be familiar with the Bachelor of Management program curriculum. Previous experience as a marker in either MGMT 2303 or MGMT 2304 would be an asset.

WORK ASSIGNMENT: The Marker will assist with MGMT 4001 – Strategy Formulation
Duties include, but are not limited to: Grading assignments, quizzes, exams, project reports, etc. under the guidance of the professor.
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: An MBA or a comparable degree which includes multiple courses on strategy and competitiveness.

The Marker will, in consultation with the professor and the TA proctor exams, and mark assignments and tests.
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:
The successful candidate will have completed MGMT2101 course with a letter grade of A+.

PAY RATE: (45 hours) (as per CUPE Collective Agreement)
WORK ASSIGNMENT: The Teaching Assistant will assist with MGMT 2101 course.
DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
The TA will, in consultation with the professor, conduct weekly meetings with the students for recitation and review of the course material (tutorials), proctor exams, help with grading, and other course-related tasks as need arises.
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:
The successful candidate will have completed MGMT 2101 course or equivalent with a letter grade of at least A. Experience as marker and TA required.
