Position: Part Time Academic – Summer 2018
Department: Engineering
Pay Rate: In accordance with CUPE Collective Agreement
Work Assignment: This Part Time Academic will teach APSC 3019 Communication Technology in the Summer 2018. The Summer offering is Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30, July 3rd - 11th, 2018. The Part Time Academic will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the class, including lectures, labs, test preparation and evaluation. The position reports to the Chair of the Department.
Requirements: Education; teaching experience at university level with experience in Communications Technology with Technology Education in the school would be considered an asset; desirable attributes. (e.g., MSc in Engineering/Applied Science). Demonstrated teaching effectiveness is required. Excellent interpersonal skills.

The position reports to the Chair of the Department.
