Listening Better ‑ A Great Workplace Skill

Listening effectively is one of the workplace behaviours defined under the Dalhousie Core Competency of Communication. In just 24 minutes this video explores these ideas for becoming a better listener:

·         being receptive and open to others

·         understanding the message

·         appreciating your listening style
