Position: Part-Time Academic – Winter 2018 – MTHA 1000 – Calculus I
Department: Department of Engineering

Pay Rate: In accordance with CUPE Collective Agreement

Work Assignment: This instructor will teach MTHA 1000, Calculus I for the period of January – April 2018. The course lectures are currently scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 11:35pm-12:25pm, while the tutorials are scheduled Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:35pm-2:25pm. The instructor will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the class, including lectures, labs, test and exam preparation and evaluation. The position reports to the Chair of the Department.

Requirements: MSc in related field (PhD preferred); Teaching experience at a University Level; Demonstrated teaching effectiveness and excellent interpersonal skills with students and Faculty.
